- Apply GLAM or GELLA on your nails.
- Bend Dazzling plastic sheet to access the edge of the selected decal. With a tweezer, gently lift off the decal from the backing sheet.
- Apply the decal firmly on the desired nail surface.
- Add a Gel Top Coat/ Polish Top Coat to seal in the decals. And voila, cutest nails ever!
