Most doctors are comfortable with their patients getting their nails done; however, what you decide to put on your body during pregnancy is a personal decision that should be made with the guidance of your doctor.

Don’t expose your nails to household cleansers or harsh chemicals! Nails are more permeable than skin. Even prolonged exposure to water can dry out your nails and hands. Always wear gloves when cleaning, and apply hand lotion after you wash or wet your hands. (Just make sure to stay away from water and lotion for a couple of hours after ViViRosie application.)

First, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water, then shape the nails and push back cuticles. Use an alcohol pad or rubbing alcohol to remove any oils and lotions from your nails. Make sure your nails are dry, free from oil and completely push back your cuticles as well.
To find the correct size for each nail, simply wrap the nail strip around your finger, selecting the strip that mostly closely matches your nail size.
If you are in between sizes, always size down. It’s always better to use a strip that is slightly smaller, than too big. If there is any overlap on the skin along the sides or cuticle line, there may be lifting.
Wait for a few hours as nail strips take time to fully adhere to your nails. For best results, we recommend you apply GLAM nail strips before you go to bed so they will have the whole night to set.
Soon after the nail strips are applied, you can perform daily activities with your hands. Just make sure you stay away from water, oils and lotion for a few hours after application. The longer you wait the better the nails strips adhesive to your nail (修改這句).
Up to 10 days! The durability may vary depending on your nail bed condition, correct application and daily activities you perform with your hands. We recommend you to apply gel or regular top coat to prolong the life of GLAM manicure.
Soak your hands in warm water for 10 minutes and gently peel off the nail strips.

First, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water, then shape the nails and push back cuticles. Use an alcohol pad or rubbing alcohol to remove any oils and lotions from your nails. Make sure your nails are dry, free from oil and completely push back your cuticles as well.
Hold the sheet on the nail to find your size. If you are in between sizes, always size down. It’s always better to use a strip that is slightly smaller, than too big. If there is any overlap on the skin along the sides or cuticle line, there may be lifting.
Before curing your nails, make sure your leftover GELLA are placed in the original black pouch and don’t place them near the lamp in order to prevent nail strips from curing if exposed to LED lamp light. GELLA will stay fresh for 12 months after being opened.
GELLA requires curing for 60 seconds.
If you feel discomfort during curing, this may indicate that you have weakened or thinning nail beds. Remove your hand for a moment from the UV lamp and place your hand back to finish curing.

Rub cuticle oil(or olive oil) into your nails. Wait for a few minutes, then use the enclosed stick to slowly lift the nail strip from the cuticle corners. Gradually push the strip off the nail. Do not rush! If you feel any tension, apply more oil, and allow more time for the adhesive to dissolve.
Or, you can soak your hands in warm soapy water and wait for a few minutes, then follow the removal instructions above.

If you need an edit to your order e.g. removing/adding items, you are encouraged to reach out immediately after your order has been placed. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however we cannot provide any guarantees as our teams work diligently to ensure your orders get shipped out as quickly as possible.
If you wish to make a change to the shipping address after your order is placed, we may be able to assist you if your package label has not yet been printed. Please contact us as soon as possible to see if we’re able to make this change.

Please allow 1 to 4 business days (Monday through Friday) for orders to be processed before they ship.
Shipping will usually take 7-10 business days (it may take a few extra days to deliver to remote areas and busy seasons). We’ll send a tracking number so you can watch your package’s journey.

In order to return your items, your merchandise must meet the following criteria:
- Items should be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Items accepted should be unopened, unused and unaltered.
- Order # must be provided to place a return.
- For items with packaging, both packaging and item must be returned in original conditions.
- ViViRosie reserves the right to reject any refunds if the return item doesn’t meet above conditions.
- ViViRosie will process the compensation only when the return meets all of the above conditions.
The refund process will take approximately 10 – 15 working days from the date you returned your items.
