We want you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return it, please contact us at hello@vivirosie.com specifying your order number and which items that you will be returning. We will create a return label for you. 

 

Please note: The refund does not include the original shipping charges of sending the item(s) to you and return shipping costs.

 

HOW TO SHIP a RETURN

All you have to do is print the return label we email you, tape it onto the package, and put the package back in your mailbox for USPS to pick up. Please include the original packing slip with your return. Otherwise, we will be unable to identify your order. 

 

STANDARD RETURN POLICY 

Please make sure your return meets all the guidelines here when returning a product you purchased online from ViViRosie:

 

  1. Items should be returned within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the order.
  2. Order number must be provided. 
  3. Items should be unopened, unused and unaltered.
  4. Items and packaging must be returned in original conditions.
  5. ViViRosie will not issue refunds for items that arrive at our warehouse damaged in any way, as they are no longer re-sellable.
  6. ViViRosie reserves the right to reject any refunds if the returned items don’t meet conditions above and if the items that arrive at our warehouse are damaged in any way, as they are no longer re-sellable.
  7. ViViRosie will process the refunds only when the return meets all of the above conditions.

ViViRoise will only issue refunds for the items that meet all the criteria above. Refunds will be initiated immediately after we inspect your returned items. 

Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. We will email to notify you when initiating the refunds. Please contact your banking institution with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

We are unable to process exchanges at this time. Please immediately contact  us at hello@vivirosie.com.   If you email us within 24 hours of order submission, we will be able to cancel it and then you can place a new order. 

After 24 hours, if your order has been processed or may already be in route to you, your order can no longer be cancelled, only returned.

Receive a product different from the one that you ordered? Sorry about that! Please contact us at hello@vivirosie.com and we’ll be sure to get you the products you ordered!

Please file a claim to hello@vivirosie.com with order number, product number and a clear photo of the defective item. Once we confirm that the item is truly defective, we will be happy to offer you either a replacement or refund, depending on inventory. 

If it is difficult to deem the issue a result of product quality, we will try our best to assist you in resolving the issue by providing our product expertise.

Orders may only be cancelled Monday through Friday, and within 24 hours of submission. Please email hello@vivirosie.com with your order number if you wish to cancel your order. After 24 hours, the order has likely already been processed and may already be in route to you and can no longer be cancelled. It can only be returned.
