PROCESSING + SHIPPING TIMES
Orders typically take 2-4 business days (Monday through Friday) to process before shipping during our regular fulfillment days*.
US DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days (USPS) once processed.
Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days (FedEx Overnight).
*Please be advised: High volume days such as Holidays and Launch Days can extend processing times up to 7 business days. In addition, delivery delays may occur due to COVID-19.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are calculated at check-out based on total weights of your order, shipping method and shipping address. Please add items to your cart, proceed to check out, fill out your shipping address and proceed to see your shipping cost.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to international addresses at this time.
FAILED DELIVERY
If your order is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will process a return for your order. Please note that any shipping fees will not be refunded if the order was returned due to an error on the customer’s part.
STOLEN ITEMS
Please note that we are not responsible for any stolen items. If your package was stolen, please file a mail theft claim with USPS, as well as a complaint with your local police station.
